Shipping Rates
We use Posti for all deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination:
- Finland: Fixed rate of €3.90. We offer FREE shipping on orders over €69.
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: Fixed rate of €6.90. We offer FREE shipping on orders over €99.
- Sweden, Denmark: Fixed rate of €7.90. We offer FREE shipping on orders over €99.
Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. posy is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Uncollected Packages
Remember to collect your package on time. If a package is not collected within the delivery provider's holding period and is returned to us, we will charge a handling fee of €6.90 to cover return shipping and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable for uncollected packages.
