Yes, we offer free shipping. Orders over 39€ ship free within Finland, and orders over 99€ ship free to selected EU countries, including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, and Denmark. For smaller orders, shipping is just 3.90€ within Finland and 6.90€ to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and 7.90€ to Sweden and Denmark.

When will I receive my order? 


We ship all orders with Posti. Delivery within Finland typically takes 2–5 business days, and deliveries to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, and Denmark usually arrive in 3–7 business days.

Do I need to pay customs, taxes, or duties when ordering from posy? 


We ship from Finland, and we currently only ship to Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, and Denmark. All orders within these EU countries arrive without any customs, taxes, or additional duties.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? 


For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any products that have been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 calendar days and we will be happy to assist you.
